We are very excited to announce that Winter Cheerleading is back at Augusta Recreation! Coach Haley and Coach Rita will be teaming up to give our cheerleaders an incredible experience this winter! Haley and Rita are incredibly passionate about cheering and have tons of experience including teaching tumbling to youth. They are incredibly excited to kick off the start of this NEW program!

Cheerleaders will practice Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30p-6:30p and cheer at weekend Basketball games. Game schedule TBD.

This program and it's mandated policies are subject to change at any time without notice. City of Augusta Recreation will follow all COVID-19 recommendations set in place by the State of Maine, CDC, MPA, and City of Augusta Protocols from our Health Officer. Augusta Recreation will always lean on the side of caution to keep families within our surrounding communities safe. 

If you have been identified as a close exposure to COVID-19 you will be asked to isolate from Augusta Recreation practices/games for a minimum of 10 days and will be required to submit a negative test no earlier than 48 hours prior to returning to Augusta Recreation's practices/games.
