Senior Stretch is a gentle and supported practice perfect for any student looking to add yoga to their routine. This class offers easily accessible movements and adaptations of traditional yoga postures. Senior Stretch is a wonderful way to focus on togetherness, mindfulness, breathing and gentle strength building. This class is suitable for new yoga students and longtime students alike! 

Please bring a yoga mat with you.

Masks must be worn at all times inside the facilities.
